Commonly Asked Questions:

• What can I expect on my first visit to Dr. Doerfler?  On your first visit, Dr. Doerfler will perform a comprehensive exam (a tooth-by-tooth evaluation) to assess your current dental health.  After the exam, we will consult with you regarding any existing dental problems, proposed treatment, and an estimate of all costs. Oral hygiene instructions will also be given with suggestions to help you care for your teeth.
• Dental Insurance- We will accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company. After insurance coverage is verified, we will estimate your portion to the best of our abilities based on the information obtained from your insurance carrier. The patient portion is due in full at the time of service.
• At what age should my child start visiting the dentist?  We invite your children to join our practice shortly after their 3rd birthday.  We encourage that you bring your child at any age if an emergency should arise.
• Where are you located?  We are located in the beige building on the northeast corner of Stuebner-Airline and Cypresswood Drive in Spring.  Our office is on the 5th floor.  More detailed instructions can be found here.
